Every single one if us has dreamed that one day we will be rich – every single one of has dreamed that we will one day run our own business. Does this sound like you? Have you ever had a business idea and then thought, no, that would never work, that is too hard, where do I start, then later in life you see someone launch a similar idea and make lots of money? It happens to all of us at one time or another. The problem isn't a lack of good ideas; it's the inability or unwillingness to take action! In fact you don't even need a groundbreaking idea to make it in business; you just need a good marketing plan and the ability to put everything into motion.
Just to illustrate this, think about the pet rock, Crazy fad, right? But what if you had been the one with the idea to sell pet rocks? That little negative voice probably would have shot it down in an instant. After all, who would buy a rock when you can get scads of them for free in your own backyard? And Heaven help you if you tell someone else...you might just get laughed right out of town. That self-doubt coupled with the negativity in others is a recipe for not doing anything. You probably don't take action because you're afraid to fail and prove your friends were right, or maybe you don't take action because you're afraid of success (yes, it happens! Because familiarity is safety) or perhaps you take some action, but then use perfectionism or procrastination to prevent yourself from ever finishing. That seems to be the easy way out, sound like you? if that is the case, you are probably one on the ones that will keep dreaming for the rest of your like about how successful you COULD have been if you had only followed through with your idea. Action today is what is required, put all your fears away, forget about what anybody else says, just go for it, do it, follow your dreams, either buy a domain name and start a web based business; write page 1 of a book idea you might have always had; phone a professional who may assist you, whatever it is JUST DO IT.
